Realtors - Place a Listing on AssignmentsCanada.ca

For Realtors wishing to advertise their property Assignment, Pre-Sale or Resale listing on AssignmentsCanada.ca please follow these simple steps:

• Click the 'View Listing' menu item, and navigate to correct geographic location.
• Click the 'Realtors - Advertise your property assignments, pre-sales and resales here' link at the bottom of the page.
• Read the information on pricing and agree to our Terms of Use.
• Complete the form with your property details.
• Finally, complete payment via PayPal.
• Your listing will be reviewed by a member of AssignmentsCanada.ca staff, before being added to the site.
  NOTE: In some cases the listing may be rejected in which case you will be contacted by a member of staff to resolve the issue.

Pricing Policy

For individual, residential properties

1. Internet marketing only for a 6-month listing period on AssignmentsCanada.ca - $120 per listing.
2. Internet marketing and monthly submissions to Canadian and UK property publications for editorial consideration for a 6-month listing period - $375 per listing. These publications include all those listed in Recent Advertising plus submissions to editors and journalists on an ad hoc basis in response to requests for specific properties for articles and features.

For developments

1. Internet marketing only for a 6-month listing period on AssignmentsCanada.ca - $175 per development.
2. Internet marketing and monthly submissions to Canadian and UK property publications for editorial consideration for a 6-month listing period - $375 per development. These publications include all those listed in Recent Advertising plus submissions to editors and journalists on an ad hoc basis in response to requests for specific properties for articles and features.
